Loose New Romans were active between 1993 and 2000, and included Tobin Pescud (lead guitar). They were described variously as blues, pop, rock and folk, and were finalists in the 1994 Waikato Rock Awards. LNR released and album titled Jammy Pop Band, and the track No Shame on the 1996 compilation In Love With This Town.
