Devilskin is a four-piece metal band who formed in June 2010, who have found commercial success. They released their debut album, We Rise, in July 2014, which entered the New Zealand Music charts at #1, where it remained for 3 weeks. In November 2014 they released a DVD/CD double-pack, Live at the Powerstation, which reached #12 in the NZ album charts. In May 2014, their song Start a Revolution entered the New Zealand singles charts at #28, but left the charts the following week. In 2016, they released another album, Be Like a River, which also entered the charts at #1.

The band includes members of World War Four, Chuganaut and Rotorua band Slipping Tongue. One of the bands first gigs was at Band Experiments 2010, and they played at all of Paul Martin's Gemini Party's between 2010-2013. In late October 2012 they headlined a Halloween charity gig in Rotorua. The band received early commercial radio play, including their song Little Pills on The Rock. The band were nominated for 'Best Rock Album' and 'Breakthrough Artist of the Year' at the 2015 New Zealand Music Awards, where they also played.
