In Hamilton Stan Bicknell was the drummer for New Caledonia, and drummed for 48may immediately prior to their break up. With New Caledonia, Bicknell moved to Melbourne in 2007. Following their breakup be played briefly for The Beautiful Burn. He has since played on-and-off for Kimbra's live band.
