Opening in 1971, Tabla 2, was a nightclub situated at 30 Barton St (now 30 Alexandra St). During its operation, resident bands included Mandrake. On Labour weekend in 1972, Judge Hoffman broke the world non-stop playing record by performing for 72 hours there. The venue became Lady Hamilton.
