The 2010 York Street Band Experiments were held at Flow and organised by the Hamilton Live Music Trust. The winner was Dick Dynamite and the Doppelgangers and the runner up was Penelope The.
Winners of each heat are marked with an asterisk (*). Runners up of each heat (progressing to the Wild Card Draw) marked with (^). Bands are listed in the order they played.
Heat 1 - 16 September
- The Good Fun*
- The Manly Janes
- Four Tonne Fiasco^
- The Dusk (did not compete)
- Before One's Face (did not compete)
Heat 2 - 23 September
Heat 3 - 31 September
Heat 4 - 7 October
Final - 14 October
Notes
- Only three bands played in Heat 1: The Dusk broke up less than a week before their heat, and Before One's Face wasn't able to compete because of a sick band member.
- Four Tonne Fiasco was the winner of the Wild Card Draw
