A Potentially Explosive Situation was a gig held at Gurus on Thursday 6 July 1989, featuring five Hamilton bands: Kamakaze Teapot (billed as Hamiltons only ukelele thrash band), Levitating Daffodils (in their debut performance), Frybrain, The Simpletons and Watershed.
