3 on a Meathook were a were a skate/punk band from the early 1990's. They began by playing mainly covers of songs by The Clash, Nirvana, Lou Reed and The Ramones.

Members were Matt Butler (vocals), Geoff Butler (drums), Hans Baldwin (guitar) and Richard Wood (bass). The Butler's and Baldwin were later all members of Bwa da Riddim.
