Knostik were a metal/rock band formed in 1995, active to at least ~2003, comprising Damian Van Der Heijden (vocals), Tom Rigg (bass), Rob Baker (guitar) and Grant Farrelly (drums). They competed in the Band Experiments in 2001, the only released single/demo "eyes closed" had airplay on local stations The Rock and The Generator.
