The Hamiltron Yahoogroup was an email based discussion group for live music, bands and events in Hamilton. Begun in August 2000 by Dan Duran, the group remained popular until late 2003. At this time Dan Duran launched the Htown.co.nz website, making the Yahoogroup effectively obsolete.
