The Break

The Break was a New Romantic band who played the local pub circuit in the early 1980s. The band played primarily covers, but started to introduce a few originals (penned by Lawrence Arps and/or Murray Ferguson) before they broke up. Ferguson and Walsh went on to Echoes, with some of the Ferguson-penned The Break songs ending up in their repertoire.
