The regional compeition for World Battle of the Bands 2010 was held at the Outback. Bands making it through to the final on July 30 were Afterthought, From Silence, Understate and Before One's Face, and from August 6 were Kiss Hug Kill, Oxboy, Nemesiz and Orgasmatron. The final was on 20 August 2010, and won by Afterthought.
