Stu's Piecart was a song by [[Mobile Stud Unit]], from their 1998 album [[Blood Spew]]. The lyrics were based on an apparently vaguely true story about an actual pie cart, 'The River City Diner', run by Stu Nicol and located in student-dominated Hamilton East (near the Riverina) in the late 1980s/early 1990s. The pie cart was eventually shut down - whether this occurred before or after the song was released is in dispute. Nicol gave up the pie cart due to competition from McDonald's, who opened nearby, not due to the Health Department closing him down.
