Shanley Dell is a country singer, based in Australia. She was born and raised in Hamilton, ad is a younger sister of Jenny Morris. In 1990 she joined her first country band called “The Waltons”, which disbanded shortly after, and moved to Australia in 1991. She released her first album, What's A Heartache For in 1991, and another, My Own Sweet Time, in 1997. In 1998 Dell won the ARIA Award for Country Performer of the Year.
