JB Hi-Fi is located at 308 Barton St in central Hamilton. Following the closure of Sounds Chartwell, several former staff members were recruited by the Australian chain to manage the opening of a Hamilton store. As well as stocking CDs, it has an extensive range of DVDs, games and Hi-Fi equipment.
