Emma Amiri-Ghaemmaghamy made the top 10 of the Play it Strange National Secondary Schools Songwriting Competition with her song Soon in 2004, while a student at Fairfield College. As a results, the song was included on the 2004 compilation Play It Strange Top 20 Volume 1. She had previously released the song Look Around on the 2000 compilation The Present.[[Person-Stub}}
