Hamilton Big Band

The Hamilton Big Band is a community based, non-profit organisation, established in the 1960s. The band plays a variety of music styles including swing, latin, waltz, rock ‘n roll, funk, contemporary pop and rock, as well as 'Big Band' standard pieces from the likes of Glenn Miller, Count Basie, Duke Ellington. At any one time the band normally comprises of a 16 members. The band was for a time known as the ZHFM Hamilton Big Band. The band is available for private or public functions for entertainment or dancing.
