The Three Musicians was a venue that opened in 1963/1964, situated in the old Embassy Theatre building in Victoria St, which was run by Mike Henry and Don McKenzie. Initially intended as a jazz venue, it soon primarily hosted rock bands. Auckland band The Rayders were brought to Hamilton to take up residency at the club. The Mods and The Trends played regularly at the club, while touring bands such as Pleazers also played there. The venue became Electric Garden in the late 1960s.
