After their initial releases failed to sell in large quantities, ''The Red Hot Peppers'' disbanded in early 1977. However, they soon reformed (late 1977) in Australia, comprising ''R. Laven'', ''Arts'', ''Farrell'', with new members ''Vaughn Mayberry'' (drums) and ''Pete Kershaw'' (bass). Three further singles and two albums were released.
