In 2007, TBS released an EP of early tracks and demos titled [[That Down-Home Astral Sound]] made at home with 'audacity', a broken guitar, a computer and 500ms of lag. 2008 saw the release of his first finished works on the 5 track EP [[Music from an L-Shaped Room]], largely receiving mixed reviews in the music media, but also some pockets of acclaim. A further 4 track EP [[Transmission]] was released in late 2009, which has since been enjoying positive reviews and increased radio airtime, including play on American alternative/college radio networks.

2010 sees the start of his 'Main Crop' project, a concept album rooted in seasonal themes/the natural world. To be released in four volumes, it represents his largest and most ambitious musical project to date. The first volume [[Main Crop: Volume 1]] was released on Monday 31st of May, 2010.
