My crazy ex-neighbour stole my copy but i do believe it said in the liner notes was recorded at Syndrome, I remember the flatmates mentioning it and suchlike.

Yes, it was recorded at Syndrome with David, and not at Dudley Studios. It was mixed at Dudley Studios and mastered at Kog Studios.
