Stu's Piecart was a song by Mobile Stud Unit, from their 1998 album Blood Spew. The lyrics were based on an apparently vaguely true story about an actual pie cart, 'The River City Diner', run by Stu Nicol and located in student-dominated Hamilton East (near the Riverina) in the late 1980s/early 1990s.
