''Shanley Del Morris'', who perfoms as ''Shanley Del'', is a country singer, based in Australia. She was born and raised in Hamilton, and is a younger sister of [[Jenny Morris]]. In 1990 she joined her first country band, in Auckland, called “The Waltons”, which disbanded shortly after. She was also involved with pop bands ''Chrome Safari'' and ''Gigolo''. She moved to Sydney, Australia in 1991. She released her first album, [[What's a Heartache For]] in 1991, and another, [[My Own Sweet Time]], in 1997. In 1998 ''Dell'' won the ARIA Award for Country Performer of the Year.
