The station had policies that were, according to the station management, "socially responsible". The station thus listed its position as, among other things, "anti-nuclear, anti-war, anti-GM crops, anti-1080, anti-corruption, anti-globalization, anti-woman and child abuse, and anti-animal cruelty". The station went off the air in April 2011. The 89FM frequency was eventually revived by Free FM in August 2012.
