Room 11

Room 11 was Ross Holloway's first band, formed in about 1980. Members were Holloway (vocals, guitar), the late Graham Markie (guitar), Bevan Carlisle (drums) and Les Dooling (bass). Holloway cites playing at the original 1980 Sweetwaters festival in Ngaruawahia as the most noteworthy point in the band's short lifespan; Room 11 disbanded in 1981. Holloway later went on to form Two White Eyes.
