The Rockfulry Shield was an event that took place at Rugby Park on Saturday, 27 October 1984. Advertised as representing Waikato was Politicians, Bronx and Wetbacks, while Pleasure Boys, Martial Law and Peking Man played for Auckland. The gig was organised by P.I.U. Productions, and entry was $7. However, one of the Hamilton bands pulled out and was replaced by Stonehenge.
