Gordon Bassett's solo project (Nodrog is Gordon backwards). Nodrog has made infrequent live performances, usually supporting Gordon's other bands such as The Hollow Grinders. Sets are typically a mix of dreamy indie-pop originals and covers of Yo La Tengo and Velvet Underground songs. Released a cassette 'UFO's' and the four-song 'How To Hold A Plectrum' EP. Also had a cover of Attack of the Teddy Bears released on the Clean's tribute album, God Save the Clean (Flying Nun CD409), released 1997.
