To make a new section, all you have to do is type the name of the new section inbetween two square brackets on either side of the name. Like so:
[[ZMatt]]
Then to edit it, click the name. If a section doesn't have any content, its name will be displayed in RED. If it does have content, its name will be displayed in BLUE (it will be displayed in PURPLE if you have visited that section before).
