Neil Noon (real name Neil Nooyen) was the former lead singer of 1960's Hamilton band the Foremost Four. Later he became the owner of the original Tandy's music store in Hamilton. In the early 1990's Nooyen released a solo album, Destiny, and has released three more albums in the 2000s; Wish I could fly, Shapes and Over and Over.
