The ''Left Bank Theatre'' was an occasional venue from 1982 until 1998. Sneaky Feelings played there on 27 June 1983. The Great Unwashed also played there in the early 1980s. Located in the 'Hamilton Hotel' building, which is to become the regional theatre to replace [[Founders Theatre]].
The ''Left Bank Theatre'', operating from 1982 until 1998, was an occasional venue. It was located in a building behind 1 Marlborough Place (later renamed Sapper Moore-Jones Pl), to the north of the rear 1924 extension of the ''Hamilton Hotel'' building (and is thought to have been built at a similar time). The site on which it sits is to become the Waikato Regional Theatre, to replace [[Founders Theatre]]. ''Sneaky Feelings'' played there on 27 June 1983, and ''The Great Unwashed'' also played there in the early 1980s. It was also the venue for a number of 'Performance Cafes'.
