Huge Industrial Art Snobs began in 1984 as poet Mike Hall and musician Jeff Howe, who played at performance cafes. They were later joined by Kent Eriksen. They released the track Trains on Discordia Concors in 1993 (recorded in 1987), at which time the lineup was Micheal de Zouche Hall (vocals), Martin Fisher (keyboards), Kent Eriksen (guitar), Stacey Franklin (acoustic guitar) and David Sykes (acoustic guitar). They had another song on Surf Music.
