Greg Wood is instigator of Unit 23. He was resident above Corso during the 1990's when Corso occupied the old railways building on the site now occupied by The Warehouse at the corners of Anglesea, Ward & Bryce Streets. Greg was a significant contributor to the early dance parties held at Corso and is co-chief instigator of The Bunker.
Greg continues his creative career in Auckland directing film and racing an Alfa Romeo.
