Mid year, Mudpeople supported Australia's Hoodoo Gurus there also (24 May 1989). The venue later became The Club (~1992). Bars there have also gone under other names at various times in its history, such as The Metropole (mid-1980s) and Zeppelins (1991). Gigs advertised at The Gold Bar were during its time as The Club.
