Industrial noise 'supergroup' comprising members of Love and Violence, FALLen, Usine, Lure, Nihil and co; Department of Corrections placed third in the 1996 Contact Battle of the Bands with legendary performances involving angle-grinders and wall-to-wall chaotic, bludgeoning noise. They released the song D.O.C. on the compilation BURN.
