Chapter 9:Swearing In is aether's first radio single. It was released in late 2005 in an issue of the UK Rocksound Magazine. Swearing In was later put up for streaming, then download on aethers myspace page (myspace.com/aetherband). Swearing In recieved airplay on Hamilton's own rock station, The Generator.
