Avant Garbage was a 1993 event associated with The McGillicuddy Serious Party, held in Jester Centre Hall (on the corner of Collingwood and Alexandra Street, in the upstairs of the old Farmers building, above the current "Abode Aquisitions"). Performing were Unit 23, Spatula Death, Totally Wired and the Random Trollops performance art troupe.
