''Aaron Watkinson'' was an announcer on [[UFM]] in 1998 and 1999, after previously working at [[Contact 89FM]]. He has continued with radio work, most notably writing and recording radio promos for ''Radio Live'' and [[The Rock]]. In 2005 he won the award for "Best Promotional Or Image Trailer for a Radio Station" for "100 Songs Jesus Could Rock Out To" at the 27th Annual New Zealand Radio Awards. In 2006 he got a special commendation for a Radio Live promo in the same category. He has also been a bass player for several Hamilton bands, including [[MSU]], for which he went by the name ''Leroy Brown''.
