100 Monkeys

100 Monkeys were a melodic pop band that featured ex-5 Girls singer Renee Dawson. They played at the 1996 Battle of the Bands, initially as Lure, but changed their name to 100 Monkeys by the finals due to another band in the competition also having this name (see Lure). The band were a wild card entry into the finals that year, but did not place.
