Was it a franchise? I can't find references to any others Tandy's stores on the net. A guy I knew who worked there said it was independent. --Danduran 04:35, 16 April 2006 (BST)
You can't have been looking very hard, I just googled and found (dated) references to Tandy's in Wellington x2, New Plymouth, Taupo and Thames. My foggy memory also puts one on Queen street back in the mists of time.
